We look forward to welcoming you to our surgery whenever any of your pets need regular checkups or any other veterinary treatment. Our philosophy is to provide outstanding customer service and top quality care for your loved animal companions.

We want to make your visits to us enjoyable and as comfortable as possible for your pets.

To ensure that it all happens as smoothly as possible, please remember:

Please take your dog for a walk before you come in so we don't have any embarrassing accidents in the surgery. Keep your dogs on leads and your cats in cages - not all critters are friendly! If you don't have a cat cage, we will gladly loan you one for your visit.

Arrive a few minutes earlier than your appointment time and relax in our air-conditioned waiting room. We recognise that your time is valuable too, so we try to be on time always and not keep you waiting any longer than is absolutely necessary.

You'll have no hassles parking because we have dedicated parking spots right outside our front door.

Our equipment is state of the art. For example, we use only the best anaesthetics and low dose digital x-rays, and all our vets and nurses attend regular refresher courses to keep their knowledge current. We believe in no pain or low pain, so all of our patients get pain relief as a matter of course, not as an expensive add-on to procedures.
